Bachelor's Degree level students at Cal State Bakersfield, the University of Phoenix, and other accredited colleges and universities are eligible to apply for internships to meet the requirements of their courses of study. 

 

Potential interns will be required to meet all the qualifications of a BPC volunteer  and complete a volunteer application packet and reference checks.  Those who are interested are asked to read through the Mission Statement, Volunteer Positions Available, and Volunteer Qualifications, then contact Volunteer Ministry Coordinator Laurie Ray for an appointment at 326-1915 or laurie@wehelpyou.org.

 

Hours available for interns to perform their service at Monday-Wednesday, 9am-4pm, Thursday 9am-8pm, and Friday 9am-noon.

 

Please contact the center at least 3 weeks before your internship is scheduled to start, to insure that necessary paperwork can be completed on time.
